I don't like giving bad reviews but I can't recommend this place.
Not only did they not show up for our appointment but they also wouldn’t respond to my phone calls or texts after. Very disappointed in this business.
Do not waste your time! My husband bought me this Groupon as a surprise. I read the negative reviews but was hoping I would have a better experience.... WRONG. After purchasing a Groupon for a massage and facial I booked my appointment online. After a confirmation text and email I came in for my appointment and the masseuse couldn't seem to find my reservation. She offered to get me in a different day which I had to take off of work for due to the limited times available. The appointment was for 8am, she advised me to arrive sooner than that because she would already be there ready to go. I was very optimistic as I received a confirmation and it all seemed taken care of. I arrived at 7:45 today only to seem like the women who was checking my reservation couldn't find it and then after waiting 15-20 minutes I was told the masseuse wasn't even coming in!! Very unorganized and careless.
This place is the worst place ever. They never keep their appointment always cancel on the day of your appt or the day before always making some lame excuses. When you make an appointment for a hair color or cut whatever appointment you had, they should had honor it especially if you book it in advanced. I would never recommend this place to my friends or anyone.
Now on to the massage. It was alright. My biggest issue was I payed for 60 minutes and the massage was 38 minutes.
My experience with the color bar is not a good one. I bought a 60 minute massage through Groupon. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance. About 1 hour before I was supposed to get my massage they called and cancelled because the masseuse was sick. I don't fault them for that but I wish they had told me more in advance. So I just rescheduled for the next week. The day before my massage I called to confirm my appointment. They did not answer and I left a voice mail asking them to call me back (they didn't). The day of my massage I called 3 more times and they did not answer.
I wish I could give negative stars..
Most unprofessional, disrespectful and overall just plain RUDE business i've ever encountered. After a MONTH of scheduled appointment times that were ALL cancelled ONLY upon ARRIVAL for each said appointment... I'm really confused as to why they still have a business. Each appointment was scheduled directly by Chrissy herself and each appointment was "cancelled" after being told to wait in the "waiting room" for a half hour... and only THEN was I informed that they would no longer be able to fulfill said appointment at which then a new recommend time was given to reschedule. After a month's worth of rescheduled appointments and wasted time/gas... I was told to "just get a refund". CLEARLY, these ladies have no intention of honoring groupons and beyond that they clearly also have NO ISSUES with disrespecting clients and their time/money/transportation to get to the never-ending cancelled appointments. If you are not a fan of "discounts" and "groupons" then DON'T SUBSCRIBE TO THEM! After a month of cancelled appointments, NOT ONE apology was ever given and I was simply told to "go get refund from groupon". Not sure if you've ever personally used the site yourself, but after 3 DAYS FROM PURCHASE, refunds are no longer given. No thanks for wasting my time, money, gas, and patients with your carelessness. I seriously hope for all our sake they are REMOVED from groupon. Perhaps that would encourage them to honor appointments they have made. #boycott #removefromgroupon #colorbarofdisappointment
