The car is your buisness! Clean windows inside and out is the least you can do prior to releasing the car at the requested time. And both times the tank was not full !
Reserved a car for two days, then found out my car would stay in the sop for at least a week. Staff was so accommodating as my situation with the repairs were in flux.
I’ve called and compared prices for best rates on car rentals and Enterprise has always been the most affordable. I’ve used them several times in NY , Downey Ca and Hawaii. If they don’t have have the car I reserved their staff is quick to upgrade to a better car. The reason for the 3 stars is because the last two times I rented a car they where not very clean! There’s nothing worse than driving your guest from out of town in dirty cars. I had to stare at bird poop on the windshield that needed to be scrubbed off ... windshield wipers couldn’t do the job. It was an I sore because it was directly in front of me for my drive down the coast. Same thing when I rented in Hawaii for my vacation !!! You guys need to hire people to clean the windows on the inside. The car I rented for my vacation had small nickel size dents all over and two pieces of residue from duck tape ..
Needed truck for picking up some furniture. They did not have at Kailua location but was able to pick one up here. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. When done with truck was able to return to Kailua location with no extra charge. Would definitely rent again... cheaper than You-Haul (24hrs w/enterprise vs 4hrs w/other. Plus unlimited miles vs per mile w/other)
I understand the turn over with employees, but the vehicle I received was not to my standards. It is just the make of that Jeep style which is a manufactures issue.

sometímes I rent a car to get from A to Z but not having a clean car sucks. They tell you they can wash it up for you while you wait, but who has the time to wait for a wash specially when your on a tight schedule.
