NEW UPDATE sears called me to inform me now I will be without a fridge until Tuesday, the news just keeps getting better and better.

SO alittle background story, my fridge died this past saturday so my land lord ordered a new fridge for both his house and mine. The delivery date was set for 3/15, I was not present for the actual delivery but my land lord was and he said that the delivery men were so lazy that they didn't even pull my fridge off the truck they just "claimed" it would not fit in my house. When I got home I measured the fridge that was delivered to his house and it was the same EXACT measurements as the fridge that is currently in my house (and not working) so we rescheduled for a delivery for 3/17 with a window or 3pm-5pm, well 5pm came and went and there was no sign of delivery men. When I called to follow up I was informed that the delivery was rescheduled for monday. Meanwhile I skipped my BSN nursing classes to be home for this delivery of the fridge because it was a 100% guarantee that it would be delivered. I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service that Sears has. You would think that with how many years they've been in business they would be able to accommodate for their customers. This has truly ruined my "sears" experience and I will never return to this store for any form of purchase. I give zero stars out of five for a rating this company is an extreme disappointment, in the future do not chose Sears, go to best buy or a local retail; this company is NOT worth the money.
