Terrible customer service. Made my fiancé go pick up his birthday gift that I paid extra for to be delivered on his birthday. They refused to deliver it anytime after 3:00, when he would be home from work. Instead of getting a nice birthday surprise at his door, he had to drive out of his way to go pick it up. Never ordering from them again and don't recommend it unless you know that person is sitting at home all day.
