Good views
Never responded to request. Ever. I put in a request on their site and waited. I called and spoke to a man who apologized that no one got back to me and said someone would. I waited. I called again over a week later (over two weeks from original request) and the guy sounded shocked that "no one had called me" and said "I'll have her call you right away!" No one called. How can you run a business when you don't even call people back? And if it was because we were asking for two nights instead of 5, couldn't you have just said, "no, thank you"?
