2. Worker Did not clean the lines after pumping sewage. The lines need to be cleaned order for toilets to flush properly. We had to do it ourselves. The worker stated that they only pump the sewage and that cleaning the lines is a plumbing issue which they do not do. The last septic tank people did that for us no charge. I believe it was another Kaneohe company.
If you live in the east side hauula Kahuku Laie call iron shack pumping system company based in hauula. They said they would pump a septic tank for $150.
The reason I’m writing is this is because I only manage the property and do not own the house. The owner is very unhappy about the situation, and I will be losing part of my commission
Horrible experience the other day going with J & M after having an Emergency problem with the septic lines being backed up.
1. We were Overcharged $150 after pumping 2 tanks after given quote of $630 for two tanks. The worker stated he found toiletry items with the poo. The Worker stated that they pay that fee the dump site. I wasn’t charged by the last company who came out and had the same emergency.
Managers and landlords be wary.
3. Didn’t get a receipt. After everything the guy didn’t even write us a receipt. I Felt he just made it up as he went along.
