This school is outstanding! Great teachers, great staff with a curriculum that is high in both quality and diversity. We see our daughter learning, retaining what she has learned and applying it in her everyday life. I highly recommend!!
BEST DECISION WE EVER MADE was sending our daughter to St. Mark Lutheran School. She had been attending another private school in Kaneohe since preschool and the thought of switching schools made us nervous. Not knowing what to expect can be scary. Our only regret was that we didn't do it earlier. For the past four years, our daughter has thrived at St. Mark. The teachers are EXCELLENT and truly care about the students. They take the time to really get to know your child and help your child to grow and succeed. The teachers even host fun outside events such as scavenger hunts at the mall, water play at the school and ice skating. The principal, Dr. Gaudi, is very approachable, well respected and always visible. He doesn't just sit behind a desk. He is involved in the life of the school and knows the kids by name. Most importantly, the curriculum is rich and challenging and prepared our daughter for high school. In fact, she was awarded a scholarship at a very prestigious private high school in Honolulu. We were VERY happy with St. Mark Lutheran school and strongly recommend the school to all.
The teachers in Saint Mark Lutheran really do care about their students and their future. They make sure that you are right on track and make sure that you've finished all of your assignments...
My grandson attended this school for his intermediate school years after I decided to transfer him from a different private school located on the Windward area.. Because this school is small, its intimacy and attention to it's students was outstanding. The staff and administration personnel are caring, nurturing, and personally know each student & their personal needs. Their plans to expand the school grounds and vision to continue to provide compassionate & Christ centered education for their students is exciting & highly anticipated by many. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this school.
The school offers an outstanding and Christ-centered education that trains up our keiki to be competent and compassionate members of our community. Through it's academics, sports, chapels, art and music classes each student gets a well rounded education, and they love learning. We are blessed and proud to be part of this school.
