The polish did not last as long as I'm used to for pedicures, but the experience was great. So if you're looking for the ambience, this place is awesome, but if you just want the results of pretty toes, I wouldn't spend the extra money.
The woman who did my friend's pedicure (a younger girl), however, was obviously just learning, kept looking over at how mine was being done, and didn't quite know how to do the massage. She also nearly scalded my friend's legs when she wrapped them in too-hot towels for the foot mask. My friend still enjoyed it and was relaxed, but I would definitely recommend the older woman for your pedicure.
I took a friend here for the Caribbean Pedicure. The ambience and service was amazing, and the woman who did my pedicure was experienced and I had an amazing time. That pedicure is really relaxing, complete with essential oils and neck and shoulder massage.
Paid nearly $100 for my pedi and gell mani amd my nail chipped 2 hours after. The lady who did my nails forgot to sand it before putting a new layer... its overpriced, do not recpmmend it
It had great service and very nice people with awesome personalities. The atmosphere was very positive. I love it!
I purchased a gift certificate, for my wife, for Christmas. The gift card was lost. So my wife went there to get a replacement, NO HELP whatsoever! I took my credit card receipt, for proof, and they said they would get back to me... crickets... The desk clerk was on the phone, and 3 employees were 'chatting' in the back, and not one moved a finger to assist me... Not one asked me if I needed help with something! I will be disputing the $175.00 charge, and never going back... Thank you Winston, I've heard some real bad stories about your business... Shame on you!
I went here for waxing to use a gift certificate from my Mom - big mistake. The wax seemed hotter than I'm used to at my usual spot, and I ended up with some burns. When I called the health department to complain they told me that this place had lost its license but was still open - huh? Nice, state of Hawaii, thanks for keeping open businesses that are not hygienic or safe.
