Outstanding selection of pet supplies. Be sure to ask for online price matching off their website. The items in-store are often $2-3 more than what's listed online.
The prices are reasonable and I take full advantage of the pals rewards which saves me about $10 every visit! I have 3 furry babies to feed, so I feel like I'm here all the time! LOL
The in-store pet name tag machine is excellent fun to use. You choose a tag shape, pay for it, then pop the tag into the machine to have it engraved. The whole process took just a few minutes and looked great. At around $10, you can't go wrong for a custom pet tag.
They messed up a grooming appointment. Staff made no effort to apologize for mistake or make an offer for some sort of appeasement
We had they same cashier three times. She remembered our pets names and loved their job. Great environment for pets!
The staff is very friendly and I've had all good experiences with their grooming of my pit bull. They have a growing selection of natural pet food as well as limited ingredient food; which I love because my dog has food allergies. We are loving the brand Merrick currently.
Our one fur baby has substantial food allergies, so we can't just go to a grocery store and buy him any dog food. It needs to be limited ingredient which this place sells. Vast selection of foods, treats, toys and various other pet supplies. Can be pricey depending on what you need. But being a Pals Rewards member helps a lot. Employees are all nice too.
It's nice not to have to drive far for pet supplies.
I grade their grooming score at below average anyway. I went there twice before because of convenience. No more.
