Listen, I can't speak for the negative reviews, but I like the people here. Kind, helpful, and although I purchased a vehicle from the town branch, they still treated me like family. Service department exceeded my expectations when I really needed assistance. Aislynn was friendly and courteous, a pleasure to work with.
Shari in Finance is the reason we decided not to buy from Servco Auto Windward. She was hard to work with. If you get a car here, DO NOT finance through the dealership!!! Go straight to the bank. Makes it all much, much easier. We had to return our vehicle because of a vital mistake Shari made. She let us drive a brand new car off the lot before she knew if we were approved or not for a loan. And she led us to believe we were approved.
HORRIBLE service! Any time I bring my car in for service, I wish I would have never bought a Toyota! If I knew how bad the service department was before buying, I would have chosen something else! Good luck!!!
Customer service is TERRIBLE here. We just had choice to make whether to buy Honda or Toyota-- that was our breaking point...we bought the Odyssey just because the auto service at Toyota is so POOR!!!
