The costumer car people, Leila in particular, was super stellar and made my Windward Dodge experience much more pleasant and manageable than I thought it would be. Leila was friendly, courteous, professional, and she kept me abreast of every step in my repair process. My vehicle was supposed to be there for 5 days, Lelia helped me with the rental car process, gave me accurate price estimates, and more importantly put my mind at ease. The service center was super fast, the 5 day estimate turned into 2 days and my car is back and running strong as ever. Thank you Lelia and the service center people for taking care of me. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 4 stars was because of the ridiculous cost of the labor! I know what the "book" says about labor costs, but $322 in labor alone to replace a starter? Crazy.
