I've come here several times and always receive superior service. Whether they were jammed packed or just a few patrons watching the game, the service and attention to detail have been present every time!!! My entire family love the B-Dubs of Kaneohe!!!
This restaurant provides all the trappings of a theme park. Spot on aesthetics, company branded merchandise, and friendly staff members.
Look to each his own. But if your going to charge what you do and I understand it's going to cost more in Hawaii, then there has to be some sort of value to justify the price of your product. If not, your mainland franchise is surely doomed to fail in Hawaii like the many before you. By the way total for the wrap, cheese curds as the side and 20oz fountain drink $19.19

1.Why can't you guys bring out hot chicken wings? I like my wings hot, not cold or warm sitting around on the hot lights for 2 hours..
Where they fall very short is the food quality. I'm not a sports fan, so the many big screen TVs and sports themed decorations didn't add anything for me. My primary goal was food. We ordered mushrooms, cheese curds, boneless wings and potato wedges.
First time I've been here and never again. I felt that $2 a chicken wing is crazy, so I ordered the pepper jack steak wrap.
Fix these two problems please ::)))))
2. Why does it take 30 min to get a beer?
Overall, if you're looking for a place to have a drink and watch the game, this might be it. If you're looking for a casual weeknight meal, try somewhere else.
You would think with so many 1 star reviews they would make a big change.. the food is the main problem. I have been here twice, once when they first opened, and again a few weeks ago from the date posted on the review..
• The wings were so tiny. The flavor was there, but value sure wasn't. Three boneless wings came out to nearly $12.
First of all they need to call it a chopped tomatoes and onions wrap with a touch of steak (see pic), the picture in the menu looked nothing like what I got and its described as being loaded with steak. Also got cheese curds as my side, if you like cheese then don't order this but if you like little fried pieces of salt that resemble cheese then this is the side for you.
• The mushrooms were too mushy. If I hadn't ordered it, I wouldn't have known what it was.
• The potato wedges were nothing special.
Water/soda left alone and not refilled. Had to ask twice to get refills. Our orders were put in wrong and we had to wait a bit. These are understandable, even if customers like us can't tell workers are busy, they can be understaffed. However, we had asked for one check and after I had paid and left, the employee grabbed another person, who we took out for his going away, that we did not pay all the bill. He ended up paying it. It was supposed to be a nice evening out with coworkers for the last time and it ended up being less than stellar. I wouldn't come back to this location.
