I've had a great experience with UberGeeks. I've used their services twice. The first time was to get a full diagnostic done on my computer because it had stopped working. I was given a page of everything that was done and the cause of my computer problem. The second time I had to get data recoverd off of my external hard drive that was not working correctly anymore.
