Do not move into this area. Not military friendly. The manger is one of the rudest people to deal with, he genuinely does not care about the residents and takes business personally, he had my car towed after being parked in an.unmarked stall for a couple of hours. One of my roomates and another residents vehicle was broken into. If you care about your well being and your family's do not move into this place.
I own my home at Yacht Club Knolls, a very safe and quiet Association. Homes here are one to four bedrooms, both owned and rented. A very nice pool and clubhouse which is available for parties and meetings as well as other functions. Landscape is beautiful here, nestled in part of the Koolau Mountains. It is an awesome community.
