I was in yesterday evening to make a LOT of changes to my account (adding a line, switching my iPad account into the sharing plan, getting new iPhones, porting an AT&T number, etc), and Kathy went out of her way to find the best way to reach my end goal (and ended up saving me a ton). I was in there for over an hour, and she and the manager were extremely helpful...and happy. Not only that, since I didn't have my iPad with me when we switched, I had to activate it from home...and she texted after they started the activation that night to make sure that it worked, even though it was after 10pm. Not only that, she called briefly in the morning to make sure it all worked (I lost the number from my phone and wasn't able to reply to her text that night). Now everything is set up, and I I couldn't be happier.
I've had nothing but good experiences with the customer service at this store...yes, there are occasional hiccups with accounts or devices, and some associates are more knowledgable and able to help than others, as at any store, but all-in-all they really make an effort to keep my business.
This store doesn't help at all. The first night I went to sign up a new account, they couldn't send the information, and refused to do it manually. I asked for compensation for having to drive an hour to get to them and they just laughed. I went down the next day and now they've put the wrong social security number to my account so I have to drive down again to change it with my ID. Go to pearl city or another store, you will not get good service at this branch.
Walked in to upgrade my phone. I was in there for about half an hour waiting for help which never came.
I am not happy at all with the integrity of verizon and its employees, I went into verizon to ask about the droid. The sales rep told me not to buy it for $200 less at costco because it is refurbished, and I said wont verizon give me a refurb if the droid breaks. He said no we will send you a new phone, HE LIED and wanted to make a sell. My droid froze during verizons adobe update and they sent me a refurb 2 weeks after my $500 DOLLAR purchase. Incredible theres NO INTEGRITY with these guys
They were helpful with simple things like new Sim cards. But when I went in with a technical issue. They wouldn't even look at my phone. Just told me to hard reset it or use the Verizon apps. We'll I'm not using Verizon apps! And those were the only options he gave me... Extremely unhelpful.
