I love this place! I come here for every oil change. They are fast and professional and honest with anything they find. I also love the man and woman who work the main desk!! They have such good attitudes!!
happy customer! warped brake rotors on our Sienna made for bad ride. because it was brake system, Marcelo and his crew replaced rotors and pads next day! Lex would be proud! will be back in January to replace all tires.
I had an appointment for 10:00 and got there 10 minutes early. Checked in at the desk for a tire PATCH on the inside and was quoted $. I asked how long until I can pick up my car. The nice girl said 1.5 hours so like 11:30. I left the shop and cruised around town on foot then went back at 11:20. Guess what. My car was still in the same parking stall and it hadn't moved. The nice girl told me they were delayed due to a back up of other clients. I'm feeling irate at this moment. I asked for my car keys and left. The nice girl apologized sincerely and offered me a free oil change for my inconvenience. Like REALLY I wondered. Maybe the oil change would put me back 3 hours!!. If the nice girl told me at 10 a.m. that there would be a wait much longer than expected then I would understand. My rating would have been better.
