BEWARE! My wife and I had our wedding at Kualoa Ranch, who hired this company to rent the chairs and tables. One of my guest's purse went missing while the staff was picking up the rentals. She turned on the Find My iPhone to track her purse. The purse moved location when the Pacific Party Rental truck left. The thief attempted to withdraw money from the credit cards. My advice is, tell your guests not to leave anything unattended and also DO NOT allow the rental staff to start taking things down until all your guests have their belongings.
I used Pacific party rentals to rent some chairs for a party. They were fast and efficient with returning my messages and quoting me a price. When I came to pick up my chairs they already had them ready for me for pickup. One Improvement I feel they should make is to clean their chairs before they send them out for a customer. The chairs I received were absolutely filthy with dirty hand prints and dirt and scuff marks all over them. These were chairs I was going to be using in my house and I had to thoroughly wipe down every single one of them. When I brought the chairs back to Pacific party rentals and explained to the woman checking me in that the chairs were very dirty she said "oh okay thank you for letting us know." And I said "no really there were dirty handprints all over them I had to clean them before setting them out" she again said oh okay. No customer service on the receiving end but I guess by then they had already gotten my money. They need to clean their chairs or buy new ones. If I was a bride and these were chairs that were set out for my wedding, I would be so upset at the condition of these chairs. The scuff marks and dirty hand prints would surely show up in all of my photographs.
