She is a major grouch just like Oscar the grouch. But she has a tender heart under there and if you're nice she warms up. I've used this place twice - good equipment at a fair price and its close to home so what can I say?
I have never met a person ruder than the lady at this United Rent-All. Will never rent from this place again.
Very good experience. Guess what, when I smiled, I received a great smile back. The clerk was thorough and explained everything well. The technician was courteous and answered my questions completely. They loaded the equipment into my truck without being asked. Great little local business.
