Aloha Nursing seems more and more to be a business first, and a team second. If they really want to become Hawai'i's best and #1 nursing facility, they should learn that they cannot do this without a good functioning team. Their staff is giving a lot while the rules for their staff are getting tighter and benefits are getting less. I would not be surprised if this will lead to a less motivated staff and, in the end, in a lesser care for their patients.

This company receives lots of good reviews and I agree, they really do a nice job with their patients. However, it looks like they seem to forget about their most precious tool: their staff.
My opinion is that this is a nice company when you are a patient, at least for now as I don't know how long that will last, but if you are looking for a job, you might want to skip this one as you need to take care of them, but they will not take care of you.
We were so excited that we have a rehab facility close by, but after just 5 days there, we were puzzled to find two bruises on our loved one's arm. He/she told us that one of the aides was impatient and rough.
