Resized my wedding band here. For my ring back dented/bent, scratched in the area where the resizing was done. One of the 4 diamonds for cracked, now it looks cloudy. And the 4 diamonds fell out of alignment. Both husband and wife wouldn't take responsibility. I said the least they could do was refund me for the horrible resizing, they refused. I took my ring to several other jewelers, and they all confirmed that it was a bad job.
