Its been a while and I haven't been able to go back to thank her, but one of the store clerks helped me get the best ring. I'm a poor struggling college students who got married to the most beautiful woman, when it came time to get a ring I could not imagine have getting anything different. They were helpful, encouraging, never forceful and really looked to help me and my need. Not all the employees were that way. Only Michelle. She was the one who really cared and helped me make the best possible purchase. Go to her. She was amazing.
Outstanding experience. The staff, especially the manager, always offered superior one-on-one service and constantly stayed in constant contact with the jeweler for a customized ring and diamond setting. When I had an unfortunate turn of events that led to me having to return the ring, they were incredibly helpful in making sure it was a smooth process. I have purchased other small items from them and will definitely utilize them again.
