they have the worst costomer service ever. Me and my boyfriend went to kay for a valentines gift. We handed a picture of the ring we wanted and the worker gave us the wrong ring and when we told her its not the same ring she fought us until i pull up a picture of the ring i wanted and the ring she gave to us SIDE BY SIDE. She later on charged us more than its actual price. The workers honestly are horrible, they have false identification of a ring, bad costumer service and false charge. After all the problems she said sorry like that was gonna do any good. No wonder why its always so empty. I SUGGEST GOING TO ZALES!
