I didn't expect anything AMAZING, but seriously? They couldn't get the most simple things right.
Wow I came in to get my hair dyed Auburn/orange (as in the girls from brave) with a few highlights for fun I came out with brown hair first and when I complained that my hair was brown they told me to come back to fix it. So I came back only to have them turn it purple red. What the hell!! I look sick as if I had just come from the grave. I'm demanding my money back so I can get this fixed at a good salon, they have no idea what they are doing! BEWARE!

The only good thing I can say about this location is that my husband is always pleased with his military cut. The end of the good.
They messed up my hair cut and majorly messed up the color. They messed up my eyebrows. They messed up our sons haircut.
Terrible service. The front attendant couldn't even put my phone number in the computer correctly and I got tired of correcting her so I just let it happen. Then I got the worst dad I've ever had in my life and had to go get it fixed by someone else. Never recommend
I called later that day once my hair had dried and told them that they had made some major mistakes and I wanted it fixed or my money back. They said the manager wasn't in at the time but they would take my number and have him call me back. That never happened and after about a week and a half of calling everyday, I just gave up.
Okay I'm not sure about the other reviews, but when I went there to get my hair permanently straightened and cut for the first time, they did an excellent job. I'm going there for the 3rd time to get it straightened tomorrow. I don't know if they're reliable when it comes to dying hair, but if you want to go there for a cut or straightening, then I highly recommend it.
