My pinkies are longer than the rest of my hand while my thumbs are shorts.
The nail stylist said she couldn't do stripes. Then said I could have rhinestones, 5 minutes later says it's too late.
It took 2 hrs and 60.00 to do this mess.
Very unsanitary nail salon. They do not scrub the foot bath tubs between customers, the dont staralize there tools and the girl who did my toes tried reusing a nail file and nail buffer on me. Be careful where you go get your nails done this place should be shut down.
Worst experience ever. Went in for a manicure and was told because I had a simple hang nail she wouldn't touch my hands. She then brought me the tool used to remove hang nails and told me to do it myself. Myself being right handed couldn't do it with my left and when I tried to explain that she rolled her eyes and said "well I'm right handed and I work fine with my left." While I was standing there a mother and daughter walked in who also wanted a manicure but just for the daughter. The daughters nails were slightly shorter than most fake nails and all they wanted was an ombré like manicure. They women said she couldn't do that because the girls nails were way too short. The mom explained that she's gotten it done before and they could go somewhere else and the women said "just pick a nail color and sit down" all while smiling so I guess that makes it less rude? I then looked at her and explained that I've had manicures done before where they've gotten rid of a hang nail and mine was simple and visible, easy to remove. She said that she didn't want to do my manicure because I would just come back if they were infected trying to get free stuff. It was by far the rudest thing that has ever been said to me. I asked her if she knew of anywhere else that could possibly do it and she looked at me rolled her eyes and pointed her finger saying that no one would do my nails with an attitude like mine. I'm in the midst of my pregnancy and thought well maybe my hormones were acting up and I'm just taking it too much to heart but after talking to other women who saw the situation and then my husband after it was clear who was in the wrong. I was born and raised in the south with a Dad in the military I'm well aware of my manners and how to treat others. I've never had my attitude be in question until this- after looking at other reviews I can tell I'm not alone. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I can't say much on nails as I was unable to actually get a manicure. Lol
They speak in there language and giggle about things.So rude and there unprofessional. They give you one a look that's like unwanted. Giggle and laugh makes the customers feel like there talking about them. Don't wanna come back
They charged me 62$ for a pedi. Wasnt worth one cent. The workers were rude and the women who painted my toe nails did an awful job i should have done it myself. It wouldve came out better. Save your money dont come to this place.
