Dr Scott J Miscovich is inept at follow through with meds he personally states he is calling in, referrals he also states he is making, which even after asking over and over, sometimes never materialize or take well over a year or longer! Dr Miscovich often
writes prescriptions wrong I have had to travel all the way back or wait hours for him to write them correctly! He couldn't even order Xrays correctly If anyone does have to go to any of his facilities don't accept Dr Scott J Miscovich! They have much better Physician's Assistants and other staff!
Dr L is the worst dr I have ever ever met. No bedside manner. I said I did not feel comfortable with nasal sprays and he went on a rant about how he has a medical degree and I should do what he says or I can go to the emergency room. I took the nasal spray because a 4 hour ER visit was not something I looked forward to for a cold. All I wanted was an alternative to nasal sprays and I still don't understand what the big deal was. I did stand up for myself but left feeling really unhappy. I will not spell out his name because maybe it was a bad day but still. Really really unhappy
Was able to be seen promptly, but was not issued any care. I went after 4 days of head/chest congestion and earache. Dr. advised it was viral and that my immune system was kicking in to resolve my symptoms. I complained of earache and swollen glands. He did not palpate my neck or look in my ears, which I found inappropriate given my description of ailments. 3 days later I ended up in the ER, diagnosed with an ear infection, ruptured ear drum, and bronchitis. Obviously not a virus, and may have been able to avoid the worst of my symptoms had I been properly assessed and issued medication. Staff was friendly, office was clean, and they offer fast service, but very unfortunately I did not receive the care that was necessary.
We were sent here after another urgent care decided to close earlier than their stated hours. We were greeted right away and the girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They were kind and courteous and made our whole experience very positive. Dr. Lum was kind and knowledgeable. The parking was limited so we parked at Walgreens which was very easy. We would definitely recommend this urgent care to others.
Came after I hurt my knee on a hike and had great friendly service. This was the fastest I've ever been seen at any office and they couldn't have been friendlier. Was even given great dinner recommendation as I needed to wait for my medicine at the pharmacy.
