Big City Diner all locations: Great service and ono grinds every day! Love the newer location at Windward Mall, Kaneohe.
When they opened, everything was fine. Now last 3 times since December 2016, Jan 2017 and now for breakfast was terrible. We will not be going back. Undercooked food, rude waitress who threw/shoved our water at our table, threw/shoved our bill, rolling eyes when Mom needed more time to decide and many other details like not saying Good Morning, not asking how our food was, not asking if we want anything else, not thanking us for coming. I get the hint now, don't come back.
The food and service are great. Located within Windward Mall. Convenient for Kaneohe residents and visitors.
This place failed on so many levels. Our waitress Shana was fabulous and attentive. The cooks should not be cooking as a profession, and shows their lack of passion for their profession. I had seven pieces of bacon cooked in a variety of ways from proper to crumbling to the touch burnt. I had three eggs cooked three different ways. I ordered over easy and one off them didn't have anything to pop or run out. I heard the next table over order bacon extra crispy and curious if i got her leftovers. Besides the cooks, the waitress Amanda brought me my food like that! Did she not think it was peculiar to have food cooked different ways on one person's plate? It's not fast food, or fast food prices, get a grip
My girlfriend and I had a good dining experience at the Kaneohe location. Kristen was awesome! Super nice and good service. The food was good. We had some local favorites. We would definitely return.
