Recommendation. Please make your own salsa for the chips. Also recommend introducing guacamole as a dish, instead of a side order.
They are just opening so it's a work in progress. Food is good but they need to work on it a bit and also the menu needs to have a bit more to it. The staff is nice and very attentive. The portions are good size. The child's menu burrito plate is actually kind of big. An adult could probably eat that and be full. Unfortunately they don't have a bar yet, but they plan on serving alcohol in the future. In the meantime it's BYOB. With times almost next door you can get something good to drink with your meal.

We saw the new sign and excitedly entered, even though we had already eaten lunch. We just had to try it out. So, we ordered and shared the Chile Relleno (traditional) pictured here. It was wonderful- full of flavor, with great texture. We enjoyed the varying degrees of hot salsa, finding the hottest Habanero based salsa to be delightful, but be warned, it is hot. Atmosphere is charming. Service is great. We cannot wait to return.
Three stars for decent food. Four stars for overall experience. Food was not bad, but not exceptional either. We had three burritos, two tradicionales and one grande. The burritos could use some fresh veggies inside. The bill with the tip came out to $49. Decent price for a family of five, but we shared two of the burritos. The kids loved their burrito.
I love this place !!! Mexican food is my favorite and this place delivers! Very reasonable prices!
Chili Relleno had a "Soft Opening" to test out the waters of restaurant business and improve on their current design. That being said, they need some room for improvement (being understaffed is the biggest) but that doesn't mean the visit was unpleasant! The place was vibrant and inviting and the staff was very friendly. The food was very tasty as well! My only gripe is the wait time for not only the food but the check as well, but as I said before, being understaffed will do that. Definitely a place I will come back to and review again when they unveil the Grand Opening!
