I f I wanted fast food service, I'd go to McDonald's. I expect slightly better.
Food was lukewarm and so was the service. I don't normally expect 5-star service from Denny's, but I do go there for hot food and friendly servers. Mostly they were just sorta negligent, and my food wasn't hot. They were only moderately busy.
We went at around 11pm on a weeknight. Only one waitress but she did a great job running all the tables by herself. Food was better than I remembered back on the mainland. We ordered a build-your-own-burger and was not disappointed.
Worst service of any restaurant I have experienced. My girlfriend and I have eaten here multiple times and the food has always been alright, but the service is atrocious and keeps getting worse. The waiters and waitresses seem as if they hate their jobs, and it really shows. We've had to just pick up and leave the past couple times because we waited so long to be seated or for our food, it seems we were just forgotten about. I will never come here again.
Waited 45 minutes for our food, sandwiches and pancakes. Then after 20 minutes of being finished with no one coming by, I went to the counter and asked for my check and a box. The table next us came in after and left well before us. Slow does not quite describe their service this morning. The food was good though.
Great food, great service. We had Christina as our server. She made sure our waters were never empty and constantly checked up on us to make sure we were enjoying our food. She always had a smile on her face when she walked by.
