Not the cleanest feeling place (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) but the food is good and the service is fast. Well lit, lots of seating. Portion sizes are pretty good for the price. Mini plates usually are enough for me. One of the better L&L joints I've been to.

Worst L&L I've been to. Went here for breakfast and asked for a fried rice breakfast plate. Which I ordered at the Kailua and Aikahi (when it was still there) locations. Old man behind the counter replies "we don't have fried rice." I then tried to order a Loco Moco and then told me "can't order breakfast." It was only 11am! A Loco Moco isn't usually classified as breakfast either! And I can order whatever I want at the other locations at any time of day! This place SUCKS. Eat elsewhere, this place doesn't deserve your money.
Best mini hamburger steak in the world. Mac salad is on point. This is the best L&L in the world. Cheap and good.
Howard's establishment is top notch service is excellent must go for anybody.
